What we can quote
These six families are in the cooperating plant range. Each SKU still needs a drawing, sample, or OE number. Not every size is already tooled.
Air intake hose
Airbox to throttle-body or similar intake runs. Length, bellows, and connector ends decide tooling.
Radiator hose
Engine cooling circuit hoses. Medium, temperature, and formed shape are needed before quotation.
Oil hose
Lubrication or return lines. State the fluid type and pressure duty.
Steering rack bellows
Rack-and-pinion dust boots. Inner/outer ends, length, and clamp style are required.
CV boots
Driveshaft joint boots. Joint size, bellows count, and whether a new mould is needed are confirmed after review.

What gets confirmed per SKU
Compound, tooling, and inspection follow the approved part.
- Compound
- Selected rubber matched to heat, oil contact, or pressure duty. Grade names are confirmed per RFQ.
- Construction
- Layered or braided reinforcement between inner tube and cover where the duty needs it.
- Tooling
- Mould geometry checked against the approved sample before bulk. New tools are quoted separately.
- Fitment basis
- OE number, drawing, or measured old part. A part name is not enough.
- Outside this line
- Mounts, bushings, and unrelated molded rubber can be routed to open sourcing.
From RFQ to production
- 01
Freeze the specification
Kymon organizes the drawing, sample, dimensions, compound duty, markings, and packaging into one reference. Unconfirmed compound claims stay labeled as such.
- 02
Sample
Where needed, a sample is made or pulled against the frozen reference. The buyer approves or requests correction before bulk material is committed.
- 03
Trial or small batch
A limited quantity can be used to check fit, appearance, and packing. Quantity is confirmed per SKU.
- 04
Production and inspection
Bulk production follows the approved reference. Where agreed, Kymon coordinates dimension, hardness, bonding, appearance, and packing checks before release.
