Kymon coordinates photos or basic checks for labels, markings, connector shape, pin count, orientation, dimensions, and packaging details.
Record differences
Any mismatch between the RFQ, supplier sample, and buyer reference is listed before the buyer approves bulk production.
Approve a controlled sample
The approved reference is dated and connected to the purchase specification so production and inspection use the same version.
Service boundaries
These boundaries keep the quotation and release decision tied to evidence rather than broad marketing promises.
