How We Work: Transparent Sourcing Milestones
1. Define the Requirement
Share your OE numbers, target vehicle applications, quantities, and destination port. We identify missing fitment details and establish commercial terms.
2. Review Verified Options
Evaluate normalized factory quotations, sample availability, and technical risks. Agree on sample sign-off or inspection scope before committing funds.
3. Authorize & Proceed
You make the final purchasing decision. We coordinate production tracking, AQL pre-shipment inspection, and forwarder handover in China.
Local import requirements and product compliance stay with the importer or their appointed advisor. We help collect supplier documents and identify gaps before purchase.
Before we work together
Does Kymon manufacture the parts?
No. Kymon is an on-ground procurement partner, not a manufacturer or stocking distributor. Verified factories produce the goods; we represent your interests in China by screening suppliers, verifying technical specifications, coordinating AQL inspections, and organizing export logistics.
Which documents can I request?
Depending on your agreed scope: normalized quote comparison sheets, factory verification reports, pre-shipment AQL inspection reports (with high-res photos and video), and draft export packing lists and commercial invoices.
Can I start without a complete parts list?
Yes. An OE number, vehicle model and year, or photos of an old part are enough to start. We will help identify the exact vehicle fitment and clarify the missing parameters needed to collect competitive factory quotes.
