What Kymon Does

We document the path from supplier selection to shipment release

Kymon is not a public marketplace. Instead of relying only on supplier claims, we help define the requirement, compare suitable Chinese factories, coordinate factory and document checks, and share order-level evidence before shipment decisions are made.

Factory Verification

Business-license checks, production-capacity review, certificate review, and supplier notes before shortlisting a source.

AQL Sampling Coordination

Pre-shipment sampling based on agreed specifications, sample size, defect classification, photos, and release recommendation.

Sample and Fitment Review

OEM number, vehicle application, old-part photos, packaging, and certification requirements are checked against the RFQ before quotation.

Consolidation and Export

Supplier pickup timing, packing-list coordination, commercial invoice support, and shipping-route planning for multi-factory orders.

Trust Boundaries

Clear service scope for professional buyers

We can provide

  • Supplier comparison notes with MOQ and lead-time details
  • Factory verification summary or checklist
  • AQL-based QC report format for confirmed orders
  • Inspection photos or videos where service is agreed
  • Packing-list, invoice, and export-document coordination

We need from buyers

  • OEM or reference number
  • Quantity and target market
  • Vehicle application or old-part photos
  • Certification and packaging requirements
  • Destination country or port

Buyer-side compliance confirmation

Safety-critical parts, market-specific certifications, and private-label packaging should be checked against local import rules before purchase. Kymon can collect supplier documents and flag missing evidence, but final local compliance decisions stay with the importer or their appointed compliance advisor.
