What we can quote

Disc, snail, and trumpet-style electric horns in 12V and 24V. Not every size or packing combination is tooled.

Disc horns

Flat disc type. Typical diameters 65-120 mm. Confirm voltage, cover, and mounting.

Snail horns

Spiral / snail type. Confirm overall size, mounting bracket, and outlet direction.

Trumpet-style electric horns

Long-bell electric horns, not a pneumatic air-horn kit. Typical bells 40-50 mm.

12V or 24V

Both voltages appear on the factory sheets. They are not interchangeable. Voltage is required before quotation.

Piece, pair, or set

Packed as a piece, a pair, or a set. Carton quantity is confirmed per SKU.

Connector and mounting

Plug shape, terminals, and bracket decide whether an existing version can be quoted. Several sheets show a Φ8.5 mm mounting hole.

From RFQ to production

  1. 01

    Identify the version

    Kymon matches voltage, type, mounting, and connector against the cooperating factory range. Missing photos or OE numbers are requested before a firm quote.

  2. 02

    Sample or approved reference

    If mounting or the plug is unclear, we use a sample or a dated photo record. You approve the version before bulk production.

  3. 03

    Trial quantity if needed

    A small quantity can be used to check mounting and power-on. Quantity is confirmed per SKU.

  4. 04

    Production and inspection

    Bulk production follows the approved version. Where agreed, appearance, mounting, connector, power-on, and packing are checked before release.
