Website terms for using Kymon Parts. RFQ materials are used only to quote, check fitment, and fulfill an inquiry. These terms are not a purchase or inspection contract.

What these terms cover
These Terms of Service govern use of the Kymon Parts website (kymonparts.com) and the inquiry forms on it. By using the site you agree to these terms.
They do not replace a quotation, proforma invoice, purchase contract, quality agreement, or inspection instruction. Those documents, when issued, control the order.
Kymon Parts coordinates auto-parts sourcing from cooperating factories in China. Kymon does not claim to own those factories and does not sell from a public catalog or shopping cart.
No account required for an RFQ
You can send an RFQ, use VIN Parts Finder, or use the contact form without creating an account.
If the site offers an optional account for other features, you must keep login details safe. We may close an account that is used to abuse the site. Closing an account does not by itself cancel an order already in progress.
Inquiries, drawings, and other files
You keep ownership of drawings, photos, spreadsheets, OE numbers, VIN data, and other files you upload or paste into an inquiry.
By sending that material you give Kymon a limited permission to use it only to:
- evaluate and reply to the inquiry;
- check fitment or specification with you;
- request quotes from relevant suppliers or factories;
- coordinate samples, inspection, packing, or shipment for that request, if you ask us to.
We do not take a worldwide, royalty-free right to copy, modify, or publish your drawings or BOM for other purposes. This limited permission is not a substitute for a non-disclosure agreement. If you need a signed NDA, say so before sending sensitive files.
Do not send material you are not allowed to share.
How we use the site
The site and its original text, layout, and branding belong to Kymon and are protected by applicable IP law. You may not scrape, copy, or republish the site to run a competing service.
Do not use the site to break the law, attack our systems, send malware, or interfere with other users.
Quotes, quality, and destination rules
A website page is not a stock list, a certificate, or a fitment guarantee. Price, MOQ, lead time, and inspection scope are confirmed per SKU after we review the specification.
Destination-market rules (including CE marking, ECE, SASO, and similar) stay with the importer or its appointed adviser. Kymon can collect available supplier documents for a named SKU. We do not complete legal clearance by publishing a page or sending a quote.
Product warranty, if any, is set by the producing factory and the order documents, not by these website terms.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided as available. We do not warrant that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent allowed by law, Kymon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the website. Liability for a specific order is defined in that order's documents, not here.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the version date.
